Thank you for choosing the Holland Street Dental. We have created a comfortable environment where you can feel confident in the level of dental care you receive. Are you a new patient? Follow these steps to make your first visit as easy as possible.
1) Call us directly at (905) 551-9522 to book an appointment
2) Print and Fill Out the New Patient Intake Form from the convenience of your home or work, or fill it in our office
3) We ask that you come five minutes early, with your completed New Patient Intake Form in hand or 15 minutes earlier if you like to fill in forms in our clinic
4) Our receptionist will measure your temperature upon arrival and collect your filled out forms if your opted to do them at home
Your initial exam at Holland Street Dental will last approximately one hour. This visit will help us to get to know each other and learn about your goals and desires for your dental treatment. Generally, digital X-rays will be taken allowing your doctor thoroughly examine the structure of your jaw and teeth position. This will allow your doctor to see the earliest signs of teeth decay. In most cases, an oral hygiene visit will be scheduled along with your exam where we will also clean your teeth, provide oral hygiene instruction, and a dental evaluation that will outline any existing dental problems. Your doctor will also explain proposed treatments and answer any questions you have. We strongly believe that open communication and trust is vital for the excellent dental care results.
