Meet the Doctor
Dr. Vasilina Tonkikh
DDS, General Dentist
Dr. Vasilina Tonkikh graduated from the Far Eastern State Medical University as a general dentist in 2005. She brings her experience from the Russian top-level dental clinic, where she has worked for 7 years; Dr. Tonkikh received her Canadian license from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Canada in 2018 and is an active member of the Canadian Dental Association and Ontario Dental Association. As a dedicated dentist, Dr. Tonkikh takes continuing education annually to further expand her knowledge.
She has been happy to join as an associate dentist in Dentistry in Aurora, having opportunity to continue working with technological advances in dentistry (lasers, working under magnification, digital x-rays and photo record keeping protocols). She has been working as well at Holland street Dental in Bradford from 2020 couple days per week and would like to continue growing her practice here.
Personalized and compassionate dental care, minimal invasive techniques and prevention in dentistry are very important for the doctor ,the impact of oral health in the whole body is always in her mind. That is why Dr. Tonkikh known for her patients as an attentive and friendly dentist with gentle touch and caring chair-side manner.
Dr. Tonkikh is a happy wife and mother of 2 sons. She likes to spend time with her family outside with Mother Nature connection.
